Foreign Movies and a great Recommendation

I have to admit I am getting addicted to foreign movies. We subscribe to Netflix and they have given us some great ones.
So we have turned to other countries and have not been disappointed at all. The cultural lessons have been fun and very interesting. We have watched movies from so many countries, I have lost count, but this past weekend we watched a wonderful Italian movie called, The Best Of Youth," it covered a wonderful family for 4 decades and the scenery it covered was awesome.
It started in 1966 and followed through to 2003. At first it was refused a place on Italian television but it started winning so many awards and did great at Cannes that that all changed.
It was made into a mini series of 6 hours for Italian TV.

After the first few minutes, I forgot all about subtitles and just wanted it to continue when it came time to be over.
